The entire NIAS Mountain Bike Squad is heading to Toowoomba for the very competitive Oceania Championships which will be held on Thursday, 26th February. This is an opportunity to test their skills against a few Kiwis who due to their hilly cloud covered island, tend to breed solid riders.

The team headed up on Wednesday to ride the trail and check out all the technical sections.

The first race will start at 9am with Emily Wooster and Isabella Hosking competing in the U15, Katherine Hosking in the U17 and NEMTB’s own, ex-NIAS Lone Star and U23 National Champion - Holly Harris.

At 11:30am Jack Feltham and Michael Harris (2014 NIAS) will race with the Elite in the U19. The racing will finish with Nick Chisholm and Fergus McQueen racing U15 and Josh Chisholm in U17.
