SportUNE 3 Hour Teams Challenge

It's on again!!!

Sunday 10 March 2019 at the SportUNE Mountain Bike Trails starting at 12noon

The format is a two person team social event with riders taking turns to complete laps. The winning formula is not about lap times and more about just having fun and participation. The winners of the UNE Vice Chancellors Cup will be judged on perseverance (keep riding), best costumes (Tour de France theme or anything else quirky!) and most zany/entertaining transitions! 

So drag out your kids, dad, mum, uncle, aunt and friends and get a team together. If you can’t find a team just rock up and NEMTB will team you up. The trail will be ride-able for most people with short cuts if required.  This will be a great opportunity to ride with your child.

Registrations start at 11am for a 12noon race start. Last lap needs to be commenced before 2:40pm. Registration includes a BBQ and soft drink following the event. 

Entry fees are $10 for Adults and $5 for Juniors (13 -18yrs). Dirtmasters U13 are free but need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Online registrations close midnight Saturday, 9 March. Please help by registering online to save all the manual paperwork on the day and to help with catering.  Non MTBA members need to have a Recreation Day Permit for $10 Seniors or $7 Juniors.

Additional sausage sandwiches ($3) and drinks ($2) can be purchased on the day.  SportUNE Café will be open for business.
