2025 Winter Series Race 5 - Cancelled
Following the August Snow Day and subsequent impacts on all of our trail networks, NEMTB has made the call to cancel the final Winter Series race.
Instead, we're starting to plan for a repeat of the Funduro Gravity series held last year, so keep an eye out for the dates and venue which will be confirmed in the next fortnight.
In the interim, the club will be focused on getting our trail networks reopened over the coming weeks. We will be scheduling a series of working bees for members and riders to assist, so that we can get back out onto some single track again soon.

2025 Winter Series Race 4 - Postponed
Due to the already wet trails and heavy falls forecast over the weekend, an early call has been made to postpone this weekends race at The Piney.
The next racing opportunity will be at Tamworth on 8-10 August for the TAMMTB Schools and State XCO next weekend. Details are on their website.
The next Winter Series race will be on 7 September at SportUNE.

Come and join us Sunday 3 August for the next Winter Series Race at The Piney.
All of the details can be found on our 2025 Winter Series page. Race plates will be available for collection from 10:45m, with the race commencing from 11.30am. The Junior (U13) race will be starting at 11am.
Race will be run out of the carpark on Pine Forest Road, off the Rockvale Road (see https://maps.app.goo.gl/NQvot2486aQDRjE99).

The next Winter Series Race is happening on 2 June. This race is also Round 1 of the inter-club Northern Inland Cross Country Series. And it will also be the NEMTB Club Championship event for this year.
Come and join us Sunday 2 June at Sport UNE. Please note that ALL riders must register online for this event - rego link is on the 2025 Winter Series page. Race plate will be available from 10:45m, with the race commencing from 11.30am. Meeting point is trailhead above the tennis courts at Sport UNE.

The leaves are turning and fires are lit which means only one thing - the 2025 Winter Series is upon us.
Come and join us for the first race of our annual Winter Series on Sunday 4 May at The Piney. Registration will open from 10:45m, with the race commencing from 11.30am. Meeting point is the Pine Forest Road Carpark (see https://maps.app.goo.gl/jE6krxyToKeEFQoG6), off Pine Forest Road.
So come and join us for some social racing and to work off all of those democracy sausages.

Get ready - the 2025 Winter Series
is just around the corner
The first race of our annual Winter Series is planned for Sunday 4 May at The Piney.
More details on the series including other dates and venues plus integration with the inter-club NIXCS (Northern Inland Cross Country Series) races will be posted up in the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime, get out there, suss out the trails and get ready for some winter riding.
