After last years successful awards night, dinner and AGM combo when have decided once more to combine a small amount of business with a whole lot of pleasure. We'll get business (The AGM) out of the way early and move swiftly onto dinner and awards as the guests of one of our sponsors - Rafters. Organise your friends family and bring them along.
Where: Rafters Restaurant in Guyra
When: Thursday 19th July. Come along for the AGM at 6:15PM, be ready for dinner by 6:45 with award presentations to follow.
How Much: Rafters offering fixed menu meals for $25 adults and $10 children but must RSVP to Harry (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Tuesday 17 July or people will have to purchase off the standard menu.
AGM Nominations being sought! If you wish to nominate for any position please email Michael (email@example.com) your nomination before the night.
People can nominate for board (president, VP, treasurer, secretary) or a committee position (publicity, women rep, junior rep, chief track curator, social organiser, race scheduler, gnatpack rep, armidale sports committee rep, pine forest committee, 12 hours in the piney race director, race timing developer)
