Holly and Harry go National

Holly and Dave Harris (Harry) have headed south to the 2012 MTBA Australian XCO Championships being held in Adelaide this weekend.
Now don’t get confused by all the previous races that they have been jet-setting around the country to. This is the be-all and end-all. It doesn’t matter what your positions and points you have obtained in the All Mountain Series, the previous three races in Perth, Adelaide and Canberra, as who every wins this weekend’s 2012 MTBA Australian XCO Championship will be the National Champion and for the Elites they are competing for selection to the Olympics.
This weekend Holly and Harry will be competing in the XCO and the XCC formats. The important one is the Cross Country Olympic (XCO). By racing in this event Holly will be competing for selection to the 2012 Oceania Mountain Bike Championships in New Zealand.
Hot of the press is that Harry competed today and placed 11th in Australia in the Masters, well done Harry.
