2011 Winter Series Timing Officials Required

If anyone can assist with timing at the Winter Series races can you please contact Peter Hosking on pbhosking@bigpond.com. The requirement is from 1:45 to 4:30 pm on the following races. The timing can either be completed on a simple paper based system, or high tech computer (dead easy). We are looking for two timers per event and could be a family member who is normally a spectator.

Races will be held on the following Sundays;

• · 7 August 2011 – Armidale State Forest (Piney)

• · 25 September 2011 – expected to be held at Fat Tyre Farm – 20 km north of Armidale

• · 23 October 2011 – Armidale State Forest (Piney)

• · 20 November 2011 - Armidale State Forest (Piney)

The setup of the track, collection of race fees, first aid and race briefings will be covered by other club members. So only timing during the event will be required.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 4 SEPT RACE NOTED ON THE ABOVE FLYER HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
