Post date: May 17, 2017 11:03:10 AM

Who’s getting excited that the first World Cup is on this weekend???? WE ARE!

At 6pm Saturday we will have Tasman Nankervis, our U23 National Champion, Reece Tucknott, Michael Potter and Luke Brame slugging it out. A Czech TV station is being kind enough to once again televise and stream this live online …. but it is regionally blocked so you need to set up a VPN account – just read below for details. If you miss that coverage they are rebroadcasting at 10:45am Sunday. http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/porady/11859615523-sp-horskych-kol-2017/217471291082001-sp-2017-cesko/

9:00pm Saturday we will have Bec Henderson, our Elite National Champion, and Sarah Riley will be competing in the Elite Women which will be shown live on RedBull TV at 9:00pm - https://www.redbull.tv/live/AP-1Q75MEJ391W11/uci-mountain-bike-world-cup .

On Sunday at 6pm we have our very own Holly Harris competing in the U23 and Holly heck, she is in form!!! (2nd at the National Champs in the Elite Women). Once again you must take the VPN route to watch this live. HOLLY HOLLY HOLLY …… OI OI OI!!!!! There is a reply at 9:35am Monday.

At 10:00pm Sunday we have D-Mac (Dan McConnell), our Elite National Champion, Sebastian Jayne and Russ Nankervis! Once again it will be streamed in RedBull TV, use the link above.

Bring it on!!!!

How to get live online coverage of the U23 at the Czech World Cup – 20 & 21 May 2017

The following process will allow you to watch the Czech TV station’s live CT Sports channel which is covering the following World Champ events. Obviously, you will need a high speed internet to steam the HD footage and their commentary will be in Czech so you will need to watch live results on http://www.tissottiming.com/Sport/CM

The web address you will watch online is http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/sport/zive-vysilani/

If you do this without having a VPN provider it will come up with a message in the middle of the streaming window saying that you can’t watch as this is only for local region or something like that in Czech.

So you need to subscribe to a VPN which will make CT Sport streaming server think you are located in the Czech Republic.

I have just subscribed to www.vpn4all.com for US$9.95 for a month.

You need to find the deal that states that you can unsubscribe after a month. If you go for the cheaper options, you are signing up for a year’s subscription. Please read all of the fine print but as far as I can see you can cancel after a month – it’s at your risk.

https://secure.vpn4all.com/add-plan-options-50/?m=alt7&c=360

Order the one-month option, follow the registration and payment approach.

If you pay with PayPal you can cancel the re-occurring payment in PayPal or just email VPN4ALL directly and ask then to cancel the subscription once the weekend is over.

Once registered you will end up getting an email with a shortcut to download the program on your computer and a product key to active the program once running.

When the program is running on your computer you enter the product key and then select any of the Czech servers on the list and connect. Once the program states it has connected go back to your browser and you should now be able to watch the live streaming of CT Sport - http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/sport/zive-vysilani/

We used this service last year to watch the U19 and U23 World Cup races in Czech in 2016 and just cancelled the subscription after the event.

Anyway, hope this helps.
