One of the Marshal positions is titled Marshalls First Aid Qualified. This person will need to be workplace first aid qualified. These positions will be positioned at the two main technical features on the XCO course and will act as a first responder before the onsite St John Ambulance Paramedics can get to the location to assist or evacuate the patient.
