The 2012 Summer Series of races will be upon us before we know it, so get out there and do some training. These races have been very popular in past summers with around 40 to 50 people of all ages and abilities racing each Monday last year.
This year the races will be IN TOWN at the revamped mountain bike tack at Kookaburra Crest, just west of Lions Lookout.
The first race is the afternoon of Monday 6th February 2012. The races will be 35 minutes long with riders completing as many laps of the 1.7 km as possible.
The track is a mix of exciting downhill jumps with uphill grinds. Riders will really know that they have been excercising at the end of the 35 minute race. Thankfully all riders only have to ride to their own ability. Riders of all abilities are invited to race.
